TP-Link MC112CS 10/100 Mbps WDM Media Converter

Product details

The TP-Link MC112CS Fast Ethernet WDM Media Converter is designed to convert 100Base-TX copper Ethernet to 100Base-FX single-mode fibre, enabling long-distance network connections over a single optical fibre.

Utilising WDM (Wave Division Multiplexing) technology, the MC112CS transmits and receives data over one fibre strand, reducing infrastructure costs while maintaining reliable communication. It supports transmission distances of up to 20 km, making it suitable for connecting remote offices, CCTV systems, industrial facilities, and campus networks.

The converter features automatic MDI/MDIX support and plug-and-play installation, ensuring simple deployment without additional configuration.
